We use a zero-downtime approach wherever possible. We migrate your site to UnderHost first, test it thoroughly, and only update your DNS once everything is confirmed working. Most visitors will not notice any interruption.

Do not include passwords in this form. After we review your request, our team will contact you via our encrypted support ticket system and provide a secure way to share access credentials.

Large sites, high-traffic databases, or custom platform migrations may take longer and may qualify as professional migrations. Describe your setup in the Notes field and we will assess and advise.

Yes. We can migrate cPanel email accounts including mailboxes, forwarders, and filters. Let us know in the Notes field if email migration is required.

Platform-locked hosts like Shopify, Wix, and Squarespace do not allow direct file access for server-to-server migration. We can help with WordPress equivalent setups or custom builds. Contact our team to discuss your options.

We always take a full backup of your site before starting any migration. If anything is not working as expected after migration, we will fix it at no additional cost. We do not update your DNS until you have confirmed the site is working correctly on UnderHost.
